Simple Return Process
1. Request a return or exchange by clicking “Returns/Repairs” for the relevant order in the My Orders section of your account. No account yet? You can easily register here.

2. When your request is approved, we’ll send you an Return Authorization number and mailing instructions. Be sure that the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the package.

3. Send the package to us prepaid with a traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or USPS. The package should be insured, as we will not be responsible for any loss or damage in transit.

4. After inspecting the watch, we will refund the purchase price in the same form as payment received, minus any restocking, shipping and handling fees (described below).



Merchandise must be returned in original, unused condition with all original tape, plastic protectors, and stickers intact and having never been removed. Item must not be tampered with or opened in any way. Watches must be unworn with no sizing changes.

Discover, MasterCard, or Visa credit cards are subject to a restocking fee equal to 3% of the total purchase price. Orders paid via American Express are subject to a 7% restocking fee.
Exchanges
Contact Privé Selection within seven (7) days from the date of shipment to request a Return Authorization number. Email us at returns@priveselection.com.

Once we’ve issued you the Return Authorization number, Privé Selection will e-mail you pre-paid, fully insured shipping labels. Please follow the shipping instructions to ensure the package gets safely back to our facility. The item(s) must be back to our facility within fourteen (14) days from original date of shipment. All returns must be shipped in both and inner and outer box. The return must include not only the timepiece (in similar condition) but also the included watch roll, and any documents, instruments, links, straps, buckles, tags, protective stickers, boxes, authentication papers, manuals, or accessories included in the original package. You may re-use the original Privé Selection box that was shipped to you as the inner box. If you no longer have this box, the inner packaging must be a new, unused box. The outer packaging must also be a new, unused box to prevent loss or damage while in transit back to our facility.

Once the item and all included accessories are in our facility, please allow us up to ten (10) business days to process your refund or exchange. Provided that you’ve met the above deadlines and the items have not been tampered with, we’ll refund your money back in full.
Free, Insured Shipping
Privé Selection insures every package coming to and from our facilities and all shipments are free. Whether you’re buying or selling, you’re in good hands. To protect your purchase, someone over the age of 18 must be available to sign for the watch package upon delivery.

If an order has a delivery problem, or if a delivery was refused, our policy is to attempt to contact the purchaser for 3 business days to resolve the issue. After 3 business days, the items in such orders will be regarded as returned and eligible for refund.
