4. Shipment and Delivery

Any deviations in the number of products delivered will not be grounds for rejecting delivery and payment obligations on your behalf.

4.3 Your order will be shipped to the address you provided when placing an order. It is the customer's obligation to provide accurate shipping information and to check the condition of your order upon receipt. If you notice anything incorrect with the condition of the packaging and its contents, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier immediately and let them know about it. Privé Selection cannot be held responsible for any deterioration in the quality of Products due to shipment.

 

5. Payment Method

Payments for our products can only be made via credit card or wire transfer on the day your order is placed. This may be subject to change in the future. Our Website features an option where apply for credit through Affirm - a third party for payment of the Products. In that case, you'll be redirected to Affirm and securely complete the payment. We're not responsible for your interaction with and payment process through Affirm, this is controlled by them completely.

 

6. Refunds & Exchanges

6.1. For orders that are requested to be canceled or returned, you will be required to send an e-mail to our Customer Service Department of Privé Selection. Contact igor@priveselection.com before you cancel your order.

6.2 Privé Selection wants you to have the best experience possible when you place an order from us. Therefore, if the Product you receive is wrong, defective, or damaged, inform Privé Selection about it immediately so that we can help. You won't be able to return any products without our authorization.

6.3 In the event that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we want to be able to resolve any issues promptly. Items eligible for refunds or exchanges will do so within seven days of delivery. If you're not satisfied with our item within seven days of delivery, notify us at igor@priveselection.com.

 

Products that are subject to refund or exchange:

• Item is not as described or/and advertised.
• Item is damaged or/and broken upon arrival.

 

Products that are not subject to refund or exchange:

• Item was worn or/and used.
• Items that were displayed as "Final Sale Products."

6.4 To qualify for a refund, you must return the items in the original packaging in which it was shipped, with all parts and pieces. It must be returned in the condition it was sold. Ship back all items that come in the package, or your claim will be delayed or/and declined. Pack carefully to avoid damage to your return shipment. If any part of the product is missing, you will be refunded once it is returned to Privé Selection.

6.5 Once your item is received, it will be inspected for signs of wear or damage. After inspection completion, we'll process a refund immediately and issue it over the original payment method. Refunds are issued within three business days back to the bank account (potential exceptions include weekends, holidays, or delays at your bank).
